At KOCH PARFYMERI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with the provided return form included inside.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
